Credit card payment must be used to secure your reservation One (1) night contracted room rate + 21% tax and service charge will be charged to your credit card as a reservation deposit and confirmation of your booking.Balance of payment is payable in full to The Beach House Resort in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), prior to departure.
Cancellations & No Shows: We understand that travel plans change, however, to minimise inconvenience to other guests and avoid losses due to cancellations and no shows, the following conditions apply:
Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to arrival will incur a one (1) night cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, or voluntary No Show, will be charged for two (2) nights as per booking.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check In time is 1pm. Check Out time is prior to 12am.
Late Check Out arrangements can be made with prior approval (when possible).
Payment Methods: Payment can be made in cash Rupiah or US$ or by Visa and Mastercard.
