Credit card payment must be used to secure your reservation 50% of you accommodation will be required as a deposit in order to secure your booking Balance of payment is payable in full to The Beach House Resort in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), prior to departure.
Cancellations & No Shows:
Cancellations made 6 days or more in high season and 3 days or more in low season do not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 5 days prior to arrival in high season or 2 days prior to arrival in low season will incur a one (1) night contracted room rate + 21% tax and service charge cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the cancelled stay and voluntary No Show and cancellations on the day will incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the confirmed booking.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check In time is 1pm. Check Out time is prior to 12am.
Late Check Out arrangements can be made with prior approval (when possible).
